Dr. Cecilia Goracci, specialist in dentistry

Dr. Cecilia Goracci graduated as a Dentist from the University of Siena, Italy (1994).

She qualified as a Specialist in Orthodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, US (1998), and from the same University she received her Master of Science in Dental Materials (1999).

In 2004 Dr. Cecilia Goracci obtained the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in “Dental Materials and their Clinical Applications” from the University of Siena.

She is currently Researcher and Assistant Professor of Dental Materials and Pediatric Dentistry at the School of Dentistry of the University of Siena.

Dr. Goracci has published as first author and co-author over 100 articles in indexed journals with Impact Factor.

E’ membro dell’American Association of Orthodontists, dell’International Association for Dental Research, dell’Academy of Dental Materials, della Società Italiana di Ortodonzia.

She is International Member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Member of the International Association for Dental Research, Fellow of the Academy of Dental Materials, Member of the Italian Society of Orthodontics.

She is also Reviewer for several international peer-reviewed journals (Dental Materials, Journal of Dentistry, Clinical Oral Investigations, European Journal of Oral Sciences, Journal of Endodontics, American Journal of Dentistry, Journal of Adhesive Dentistry, Dental Materials Journal, Angle Orthodontist, European Journal of Orthodontics, Korean Journal of Orthodontics, Progress in Orthodontics).

She practices Orthodontics in her private practice in Orbetello (GR), Italy.
